Willem is the founder and director of Mobilé 4 flow & innovation. He has 25 years of experience as a consultant and trainer for Project Portfolio FLOW and Innovation FLOW. He has mainly worked in the offshore, automotive, infrastructure, and machine-building industries. Often in engineering departments.
Willem is the inventor of an approach he calls Team FLOW. This approach allows for flow solutions for better team performance as well as higher job satisfaction.
Willem’s field of activity is the DACH countries – Germany, Austria, and Switzerland – as well as the Netherlands.
