    Review and decide

    We go through the results with you. Then you choose: Growth, Enterprise at half price until your targets are met, or stop there.

What we need from you, and what we don't

Bring

  • Your project list with due dates.
  • Your departments or resource groups, with approximate capacity.
  • Rough hours per department per project: the same breakdown you make when you estimate or quote a project.
  • Where you have it, the main steps of each project in order and how far along it is.
  • One portfolio owner for the kick-off and the day-30 review.

You don't need

  • Task-level plans for every project.
  • A clean history of actuals.
  • Your teams to stop using Jira, Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera.

Do we pay for the trial?

No. The 30 days cost you nothing, and you are not committed to buy.

What can we check in 30 days?

Where committed work exceeds your capacity, which resource group is the bottleneck, and which due dates your teams can actually support. Cost of delay, cash flow forecast and What-if scenarios come with Enterprise.

What data do you need to start?

One row per project and one row per department: due dates, rough hours per department and department capacity. A spreadsheet is enough. Task detail comes later, and only where it pays.

Do our teams have to switch tools?

No. Your teams keep working in Jira, Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera. For the trial, a spreadsheet export is enough.

Who should take part?

One person who owns the portfolio, such as the head of PMO or portfolio director, for the kick-off and the day-30 review. Bring the executive sponsor to the review if you want a decision there.

What happens after 30 days?
